Voice commands struggle

Hi,

can someone help me with the following.
I want to use voice commands on the ps4 with a headset connected to my ps4 controller.
I see that there are lots of voice comands to choose.
The problem for me now is that I want to know how you can easily switch between the pages of commands.
I now use the square button for it but I do not find that very easy to control on high speed and focus ont he track.
All the other buttons on the controller are assigned to other fuctions for the game.
