To turn the effect on/off press the space key
Update1:
I did not like the saturation they had and they explain how to change that to get the original saturation back. I also left motion blur on on my game and i love it. It comes at a price tough, i had 97fps average now its down to 78fps. I think its worth it.
To change the saturation: open the MasterEffect.h with notepad and look for #define USE_VIBRANCE. Change the value from 1 to 0 and you will get the original vibrance.

sweetFX mod sharpness settings:
Navigate to your f1 2015 dir (my case C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2015\SweetFX). Open the file "SweetFX_settings.txt" Look for the "LumaSharpen settings" and change values for straight and clamp. I set mine to 3.00 and 1.000 which is the maximum.
#define sharp_strength 1.27 //[0.10 to 3.00] Strength of the sharpening
#define sharp_clamp 0.800 //[0.000 to 1.000] Limits maximum amount of sharpening a pixel recieves - Default is 0.035
Link to the edited SweetFX_settings.txt if you want to do it the lazy way![]()
Remember it is set to the max so if the sharpens is too much you can adjust it to your liking by changing the values above.

Compare the differences ingame by pressing the "scroll" key on your keyboard to toggle the sweetFX on/off
