So, long story short - go visit F1 2016 game page on Steam and check Categories on right side - it now includes "Steam Trading Cards". If that's included as a PC player I'm okay with this.
...and also, let's not go into discussion of "Oh why they add THAT when they should work on THIS and THAT THING", it's a small thing and personally I'm okay with this if they are really implementing it.
