Will i be able to pick my team mate by choosing between different contract or some other way? And will I be able to influence the team to switch team mates for the next season. After winning a season I always feel like my team mate sucked the entire season, replacing him with the driver I replaced might feel like an entire new season. It would be even nicer that if you switch team mates at the end of the season they are faster than the previous team mate.
