It's absolutely not fun and just stupid if the practice scenarios are ultra hard because of nearly impossible deltas and the AI is terribly slow in the race.
Either make it faster in the race or decrease the sometimes ridiculously low delta times.
Going in and out between sessions to change the difficulty should not be required at all.
