Engine penalties but still 16 in grid?

So I decided to change my gearbox in Russia after Qualifying and I decided to get an extra spare of every component, it said I would have grid penalties 

Which is fair enough because of the rules so then I begun the formation lap in last but as soon as the grid was reformed I was put into 16th, meaning that I kept y qualifying position effectively giving myself spare components without a penalty in my Renault career

Just putting this out there, hope it is the right area to report bugs
