So maybe Codemasters may add a feature where previous drivers from that team return in the career mode and current drivers may move to their old teams, and I guess it may work with FOM as they used to drive for that team. For example, Adrian Sutil could drive at Force India, Jean-Eric Vergne could drive at Toro Rosso or Vitaly Petrov could drive for Renault, which could lead to Sergio Perez returning to Sauber to make room for Sutil at Force India or Kevin Magnussen to return to McLaren to make room for Petrov at Renault. This would probably be best implemented into career mode and a few years into it, but I do understand if they do not implement it.
