My Idea for making F1 more exciting.

I have come up with a simple idea to make the F1 races more interesting, by making a slight change to the race weekend format - why not replace Qualifying with a 30 minute 'Qualifying Race', whereby the drivers start in a reverse of their championship order (not a reverse of qualifying times)

Then the winner of this 'Qualifying race' shall start on pole and so on.

I know it should really be the best drivers starting at the front of the grid, but given the latest developments to F1 cars, overtaking has proven very difficult and practically impossible at tracks like hungary, and I feel this idea would work, because;

1. The top drivers would still race closely with eachother, as they will be close in the championship.
2. It wont necessarily be the fastest car on pole, which should lead to overtaking in the race.
3. This element will force teams to make their cars better at overtaking, as they cannot use qualifying to get to the front of the race.
4. Unlike many other reverse grid options, there would be no advantage in losing a position in the championship to gain a place on the grid for the 'Qualifying Race'.
