F1 2017 - Lapped cars in online races should default to ghost automatically

We've all been there. Enjoying a good race online like a 5 lap sprint race which is most common and then you look on the map and a car is stopped or moving very slowly.

You catch up and he blocks/punts you and everyone else off the track. They do this repeatedly for the entire race and the penalty system does nothing to stop it. Countless races ruined by people doing that.

Therefore Codemasters please make it so that if you are approaching a lapped car in such short races, they will ghost. This will eliminate this problem in one fell swoop. Its been a problem for a long time, please do something about it. 

For custom league racing etc you would have the option to switch it back to no ghosting for realistic lapping of cars if it happens.
