Rain-Racing got worse with Wheel

Hi Guys. Do you made the experiance too, that Driving in Rain with Wheel got worse? Until last Year i was able to drive fast in Rain. I was not really slower than the pad-driver. Since F1 2016 i have no chance in rain against them. I have to say that in dry conditions, i am a lot faster .....then rain  comes.. and i have no chance. 
Driving-Assists are activatet. Please no answers like....."You have to train more" oder stuff like that. Thx
