F1 2016 game manual

1st time on the forum.  I did a forum search and could not find anything on or about a game manual for the XB1 version.  I am new to the F1 series and would like to know what some of the game icons and in race settings are.  Is there a manual in the help section of the game?  I did not check the help section last night when I was playing.
