Things you've seen in F1 this year but not in the game...

I'm curious to see how long this list gets. Every official game, from football to basketball, represent the sport they are mimicking fairly well. Why does F1 2016 do such a poor job.  There are some things which are so easily implemented like power unit management, that it makes me think you guys at CM are just plain lazy.  Please everyone, add to the list so CM and the general public can see...and please don't use the "FOM" excuse because that is total BS that CM feeds us and some of us just eat it up. The only valid FOM excuse is vehicle damage, but for everything else, I can't see how the FOM wouldn't want their sport to be depicted accurately.
Please add to the list but try to keep it simple.  We all know things like live driver changes, live vehicle updates, etc, are still a long way off...

REAL life Formula 1 vs F1 2016
1-lack of power unit management in game.  In real life it had a big play on the actual season and affects grid position.
2-no flat spotting.  Poor driving behaviour does not affect how the car handles.
3-lack of info on the in game steering wheel compared to real life.
4-dynamic real time lap deltas.  In F1, drivers just don't drive flat out against their PB time. The team gives the drivers a lap delta base on performance, position, fuel, strategy, traffic, etc...this really needs to be in the game.
