Should I buy this on PC or PS4?

Hi guys,

I'm late to the party this year, but this game is on sale this weekend on both Steam and PSN and I'm wondering which to buy it on.

I have a wheel that works on both PS4 and PC, so that's not a problem.
I generally only mod for graphical improvements, so if PS4 looks nice I wouldn't miss modding.
My PC is a powerhouse so can probably Ultra, but I also have a PS4 Pro - so if it get's a patch that might help graphics.
I have a friend on PS4 with the game, but would probably use single player most of the time. Is there online hot lapping?
Did they add voice control this year? If so does it work on both PC and PS4?
I like PS trophies, also the simplicity of things just working on console. That's assuming they do?

So, thoughts?
