Black flagged because of a rammer jumpstarting

in short: a guy jumpstarts, crashes me from behind and i got DQ'd and sent to the spectator screen while he, apparently, got no penalty whatsoever.
its really frustrating to get DQ because of something completely out of your hands and 100% not your fault.

rules are for punishing guys without sportsmanship or racecraft not backwards.



any thoughts?
