Diagnosis: Controller malfunction

I use a PC and I have a 360 controller hooked up to it. I was having the same problems I was reading about in the forums here about the controller acting erratically.

So I did a controller calibration on the PC.

That did nothing for the controller in the game but we found in our testing that there is a dead zone in the controller to where it would seem like you would have to turn the wheel 20 degrees before you have a reaction and then you would only have a reaction for about another 20 degrees before you hit another Dead Zone before you go to Max.

Since the game does not allow the settings to be changed such as linearity and dead zone and so forth for a controller that is part of the problem

You could try and do a calibration in your system but as mentioned it showef the dead zones while in the game.
