Retiring during the formation lap

So the first time I heard that formation lap was in the game I was really happy because this could allow live coverage streamers to actually capture the start for once from the broadcaster cameras. This was not possible though since it's not possible to retire during the formation lap for whatever reason. 

Another problem with live coverage streaming now is that when the streamers retire at the start they cause yellow flags and most likely a safety car if you have that activated so that means spectating + safety car is not possible.

 I see no reason to not patch this and make it possible to actually retire during the formation lap so you can spectate the race from the beginning for once.
