Dear Codemasters,
This is a list of technical issues on Xbox One version of F1 2016 :
- Lower resolution on Xbox One version than PS4 version (but I'm OK with that);
- Lower framerate on Xbox One version than PS4 version;
- More screen tearing on Xbox One version than PS4 version;
- More textures popping on Xbox One version than PS4 version;
- More aliasing on Xbox One version than PS4 version;
- Less detailed shadows on Xbox One version than PS4 version;
- Textures that appears lately on Xbox one;
- No ambient occlusion on Xbox one version / ambient occlusion on PS4 version;
So my question is : what have you done with Xbox One version ? Except Lower resolution, others issues are unacceptables !
You are still using Kinect that takes engine ressources for nothing (I think you keep using it to spend developpment time because you still used it for F1 2015 and change it for F1 2016 have cost time but it's a mistake and you know it). Did you use Direct X12 developpment kit for Xbox One ?
If small teams like Slighty Mad Studio and Kunos Simulazioni are able to correct these issues, Codemasters can also do it, right ? You didn't do it for F1 2015 Xbox One's version, will you do it for F1 2016 Xbox One's version ?
Waiting for your answer, I thank you in advance.
