Becoming 1st driver in the team

Hi guys. 

I just have a question regarding when/how do you become the 1st driver in the team.

i am doing a haas career, legend AI and using no assists. I am in my first season and just finished Baku. As it stands, I am 3rd in the championship, behind the 2 mercs.  I have won 3 races so far, china, Canada and Baku. 

I am am miles ahead of my team mate in the standings and have maxed out the bar for about 7 races now. 

When will i get promoted to 1st driver, as I have seen that you earn more resource points as the 1st driver
