F1 2016 wishlist

OK, so I liked F1 2015. It was awesome, but there are a few things that need improvements.

1. Career Mode: Rather than have, Drivers Only championship season, I want a career mode, but what I was thinking, what if you could actually post onto a Social Network? And create your own team? I thought that could work, and create your own driver.
2. Pit Crew: Codemasters said ''The reason why only the helmeted men are present in the pits in F1 Xbox 360 is because we don't have power to have everyone in there''. They do now, and yet it still is just the helmeted men on race day. So please put everyone in the pits.
3. Trophies: So this is probably more FIA forbidding them to use actual trophies, but the Silverstone Trophy is inaccurate, it doesn't have the track as Handles.
4. Classic Mode: Why can't they just make a game dedicated to this? Featuring all seasons from 1993 to 2016?
5.  Shorter career times: the shortest distance in this version in championship mode is 20, can we please have 3 lap races again?
6. Actual Telemetry: I'd like to be able to read Telemetry as well.
7. Mechanic Mode: Use someone online as a mechanic instead. Then again AI could be easier.
