This needs fixing! So I'm 4 races into my career mode and I have to say that the difficulty of the AI is all wrong. I'm driving for Renault on expert difficulty, I have now won 2 of the 4 races I have participated in as well as finishing on the podium in the other 2. I have only qualified on pole once but am easily making it into Q3 and in Russia over the course of the race I was 12.301 seconds faster than Hamilton and his Mercedes. So I tried a quick race where I set the difficulty to legend and was driving with Hamilton in his same Mercedes on the same Sochi circuit and I'm now 0.657 seconds a lap slower than Jolyon Palmer in his Renault. So what I'm asking is Codemasters.... Why is the gap between expert and legend so big? I'm very quickly getting bored of this game.
