Misc queries

i have a few queries hopefully people can help me with

1) does tyre wear scale with race distance eg 25% race distance = x4 tyre wear

2) in quick race mode is car performance equal or if you pick a merc will you be quicker than in a mclaren

3) do you need PlayStation network subscription to appear on time trial leaderboards?

4) anyone tried the following t300rs wheel settings on ps4 , any thoughts?
