Was racing at Catalunya and the safety car came out, i was in 10th cause I had just pitted, and the safety car was out for 4 laps, on the second lap i got a 5 second time penalty for illegal blocking! I was keeping pace and doing nothing out the ordinary while in the que, is this a bug? as far as i am aware u cannot overtake under safety car and this game doesn't let the blue flagged drivers go ahead of it before it dives back into the pit, curious if anyone else has had this.
